Customer Service & Call Centre Certificate Program

Customer Service Assessment Test

The Employment and Training Program provides skill training and employment assistance to over 300 program participants. Our Self-Employment Development course provides training in business fundamentals and business plan development; Electrical/HVAC Foundations offers participants foundational training in the current Canadian Electrical and HVAC trades; and, the Call Centre & Customer Service Representative Certificate program provides customer service training and practicum experience in a functioning call centre.

All participants have access to our computer lab, internet, and other job search resources and tools, and receive follow up support for six months. Our goal is not only to help people find jobs, it is to assist our program participants to improve their chances for financial independence through skill development, strategies for overcoming employment barriers, and hands-on experience.
