Facility Rentals at University Settlement

University Settlement offers meeting rooms, swimming pool and a gymnasium for rent on a ‘first come, first served basis’.

 Rental fee quoted at the current “Non-Profit Group” for local Toronto residents who are not renting space for purposes of generating profit.

All space bookings are subject to the availability in current program session.  Internal programming and emerging needs take priority over rentals. Bookings are generally secured upon signed receipt of the Space Rental Policy agreement, Application Form and Terms and Conditions and are subject to proof of liability insurance. 

To book a space with US you must be an Agency Member. Payments must be made at our reception desk at 23 Grange Road.
