Learning to swim lasts a lifetime. Our programs encourage everyone to have fun and be comfortable in the water, whether it’s one of our Free Toddler and Family Swim sessions or paid Lifesaving Society classes.
Our Lifesaving Society swimming lessons develop great swimmers. All instructors are certified by the Lifesaving Society and High-Five™ trained.
All swims must be pre-booked. No drop-ins.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your swim. Everyone must complete COVID-19 symptom screening when they arrive. Mask wearing is mandatory in all public spaces but not in the pool.
Enjoy a fun swim with your little ones! Come splash around and let your kids get comfortable in the water. Babies and children up to 5 years with one or two parents.
Tuesday & Thursday:

Come and enjoy the pool with your friends. Have fun and get comfortable in the water and maybe even get some water safety or swimming stroke tips. Jump in!
6:15 pm to 7 pm
$2 per swim or purchase a 10-swim card for $20
Through in-water interaction between parent and child, this Lifesaving Society class stresses the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills. Since activities and progressions are based on child development, parents should register in the level appropriate for their child’s age. Targeted Water Smart® drowning prevention messages are an integrated into the program.
Wednesday or Friday:
Preschool programs develop an appreciation and healthy respect for the water. In our five basic aquatic progressions we work to ensure 3 to 5-year-olds become comfortable in the water and have fun developing a foundation of water skills. Targeted Water Smart® drowning prevention messages are an integrated into the program.
Progressions accommodate beginners and swimmers who want to build on the basics. Lots of in-water practice develops solid swimming strokes and skills. Targeted Water Smart® drowning prevention messages are an integrated into the program.

To help keep you safe, we are limiting the number of participants for all programs and activities.
To access Recreation activities you must pre-book your workout using the PickTime scheduling portal. Click the button below and reserve your place.
If you are unable to use the reservation you have made for the Pool, please cancel it right away. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, you will lose your priority and your spot will be given to another member.
With our new limited capacity, the Pool may be totally booked up on PickTime but in reality there are often spaces available when people don’t show up. Please be considerate of your fellow members and cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend. Thank you.
