Customer Service & Call Centre Certificate Program

Four weeks of training followed by employment placement services will prepare you for employment in the continuously expanding call centre and customer service industries!

Our proven course provides students with extensive hands-on training for customer service and call centre work followed by job search assistance so they can begin their careers as soon as possible. Training will also include a practicum period for students to gain direct experience.

  • Psychology of talking to people on the phone
  • Sales techniques
  • Web-based interactive tools
  • Group activities
  • Practicum in a busy call centre

Eligibility: Candidates must be receiving Social Assistance (Ontario Works), be flexible for shift work (weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings), speak fluent English, and have basic computer and typing skills (at least 20 WPM).
