Strength Training 101

Just because you’re in lockdown doesn’t mean you can’t get a great strength workout at home. Don’t have the equipment? Not to worry. You have everything you need at home — soup cans, detergent bottles, water bottles, and towels, for example. You don’t even need much space — just enough to stretch out your arms and legs. So, come join us for a great workout to help you and your body feel better.

Mind, Body and Soul

Are you feeling stressed or got the pandemic blahs? Do you need to get some energy back? Come join us in Mind, Body and Soul. This class is a combination of yoga, stretching, strengthening and mindfulness that will increase blood flow, boost your mood and increase your energy level. It’s also great for our overall health. Everyone welcome: beginners to advanced skill.
