We offer a variety of fitness classes that are based on improving your well-being. Whether you want to improve your fitness, strength, tone up, or de-stress, we can help you achieve your goals.
New! Core Strength and Mobility
Join us for functional movement circuits to support building a well-balanced core, including mobility for ease of movement and injury prevention. Progressions and regressions offered for all levels.

All abilities class designed for creative fun and cardio. Beginner steps and combinations that can be modified for any fitness level. Participants choose their impact level based on their own needs and preferences.

Flexibility Training
Maintaining good flexibility is necessary for undertaking daily tasks and physical activity, while preventing injury. Stretch, reach, and release! Learn how to increase your range of motion, safely, gently, and effectively, in this Flexibility Training class.

Strength Training
Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics.

Fitness Membership and Day Pass Fees
Our monthly Fitness Membership includes access to the Grange Fitness Centre, Basketball, Table Tennis, the Swimming Pool, free Aquatics Programs, and Fitness Classes. Day passes are also available for purchase.
