Notice: Fitness Classes Resume on January 8th
There will be no fitness classes from January 2nd to January 5th. Fitness classes will begin on January 8th, following the new fitness schedule.
Notice: Gymnasium Closed for Repairs
Due to repairs, the gymnasium is currently closed. Yoga and Strength Training classes will be moved to the auditorium during this time. The gymnasium will re-open on Monday, January 9th.

We offer a variety of fitness classes that are based on improving your well-being. Whether you want to improve your fitness, strength, tone up, or de-stress, we can help you achieve your goals.
Pilates
Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Pilates will help transform your body, improve your posture, health & well-being, core strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Flexibility Training
Maintaining good flexibility is necessary for undertaking daily tasks and physical activity, while preventing injury. Stretch, reach, and release! Learn how to increase your range of motion, safely, gently, and effectively, in this Flexibility Training class.

Strength Training
Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises that are designed to improve strength and endurance. It is often associated with the lifting of weights. It can also incorporate a variety of training techniques such as calisthenics, isometrics, and plyometrics.

Yoga
This combination of yoga and stretch will help your mind body and soul flow as one while strengthening and improving the general mobility of your body.

Circuit Fusion
This dynamic circuit training seamlessly combines hand weights and body weight exercises, targeting different muscle groups for a comprehensive workout suitable for all fitness levels. Cardio intervals elevate your heart rate, promoting fat burning, while balance exercises enhance stability and coordination. Join for an invigorating workout!

Interval Training Class
If you’re looking for a high-intensity amazing workout that uses your whole body, this is the class for you. Burn calories and fat in a quick 45 min workout. Come and bring your energy.

Fitness Membership and Day Pass Fees
Our monthly Fitness Membership includes access to the Grange Fitness Centre, Basketball, Table Tennis, the Swimming Pool, free Aquatics Programs, and Fitness Classes. Day passes are also available for purchase.
